Is washing reusable menstrual pads really so annoying?!
Natissy reusable menstrual pads are extremely easy to use!
After usage, fold the menstrual pad using the snap fastener and put it in a wetbag.
Here's an interesting fact!
An average woman has her period for about 35 years. During that time, she uses between 12,000 and 17,000 disposable menstrual pads. The burden on the environment is enormous! A single disposable pad, that contains as many as six plastic bags, ends up in a landfill, where it needs to decompose for 500 years.
Are you still thinking whether or not you have time for washing reusable sanitary pads? Our users say, they always proudly hang their washed pads to dry (after their period is over) – who wouldn’t be happy to help reduce waste every month?!
Maintenance
- The simplest method of cleaning: Just put the used menstrual pad in a washing machine; there is no need to pre-rinse it.
- The "dry" method: Rinse the used menstrual pad under cold water until water runs out clean and then air dry it. Next, wash it in a washing machine.
- The "wet" method: Leave the used menstrual pad in a bucket of cold water until you wash it with other clothes in a washing machine; change the cold water daily.
Wash the reusable cloth pad before the first use!
