I've used these for about a month or so and they are a great alternative to the one time use kind. They do move a bit, but they are easy to adjust back.

I bought these and the thong version and they have been an absolutely game changer when it comes to being able to re-wear pants now that I no longer have to worry about excess d!scharge going through my underwear! They’re not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it. Personally, I haven’t experienced any discomfort with the button placement. And although the extra fabric can be slightly awkward at times, it’s typically not very noticeable
